"I've had the privilege working with En as Talent Committee Co-chair at the Oregon Media Production Association. We collectively promoted, established, and supported talent (actors, models, singers, stuntmen, creatives, crew, etc) across Oregon state. En has shown great initiative and excels in bringing people together on projects. She proved not only to be a strong leader, but a good listener - traits necessary for strong leadership. She has been consistently active in the Oregon entertainment community in a leadership capacity over the past several years I've known her."
